IntelFetch Terms of Service

By accessing or using IntelFetch—a data breach search service (the “Service”)—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and IntelFetch. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of the Service in its entirety.

1. Service Overview and Restrictions

Your use of IntelFetch is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. IntelFetch disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IntelFetch does not guarantee that the Service or any portion of it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, timely, accurate, or entirely secure.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• IntelFetch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if IntelFetch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All sales are final. IntelFetch does not provide refunds for any purchases or services rendered. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of your level of satisfaction, connectivity issues, or any other factors.

IntelFetch does not guarantee that information or data made available through the Service is accurate, reliable, complete, or free from errors. All data is provided for informational purposes only, and you are solely responsible for independently verifying any results, conclusions, or recommendations derived from use of the Service. IntelFetch disclaims all liability for decisions based on any information obtained through the Service.

IntelFetch and its creators are not responsible for any errors, outages, or malfunctions caused by automated systems, bots, or scripts that interact with the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that such systems function appropriately and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
